Architectural Model of Shenzhen Kerry Center

This scale model of Shenzhen Kerry Center offers a vivid look at one of the city's most ambitious business clusters. Built at 1:200 scale and spanning 2000mm × 1800mm, it recreates the atmosphere of a modern urban hub-dynamic, luminous, and thoughtfully designed.
Seven striking high-rise towers, made from semi-transparent plastic, form the architectural core of the model. Thanks to the interactive window lighting, each building glows like a living space, echoing the city's dynamic rhythm at night. The reflective road surfaces double the visual impact, creating a shimmering mirror effect of the structures above.
The composition is enriched with lush green landscapes, elegant residential towers, and a softly toned waterfront area in delicate shades of blue - adding balance and atmosphere. On one side, a coastal park wraps around the model, offering a visual contrast and a touch of tranquility.
Set on a matte black base, the model beautifully highlights the interplay of light and shadow, making the illuminated buildings stand out with even more depth and contrast.
It's not just a model - it's a striking visual story, perfect for exhibitions and presentations where clarity, emotion, and detail matter most.
CITYMARK CENTRE

This panoramic model of Shenzhen captures the city at night through a minimalist lens - using just three accent colors: soft white lighting for the buildings, deep green for trees and parks, and gentle blue for the waterways and canals.
With its clean, balanced aesthetic, the model was designed to mirror the refined atmosphere of the CITYMARK CENTRE exhibition hall, combining clarity, scale, and architectural harmony. Despite its massive size, it remains visually light - a glowing map of the city's structure and rhythm.
In the adjacent showroom, we also crafted a high-detail model of the CITYMARK CENTRE itself, along with its surrounding building cluster. This second piece tells a more intimate story - rich in texture and depth - celebrating the engineering precision behind this urban landmark.
Together, these two models form a dialogue between vision and detail, overview and focus - a bold presentation for both city planners and visitors alike.
One Shenzhen Bay

This compact yet refined model brings to life a fragment of the iconic One Shenzhen Bay - one of the most recognizable waterfront developments in the city. The ensemble includes eight high-rise towers, crafted from plastics of varying textures: solid recycled plastic for the structure and crystal-clear transparent plastic for windows, giving each building its own material rhythm.
At the ground level, all towers are seamlessly connected through multi-level retail and business podiums, reflecting the project's real-life flow and unified design language.
Subtle green and blue tones dominate the palette, echoing the nearby parks and water. Carefully integrated lighting enhances the color contrast and brings out the model's night-time charm. A sliver of the sea in the foreground adds depth and balance, visually expanding the scene and anchoring the entire composition.
The result is a model that feels both architectural and atmospheric - a small window into a major urban vision.
Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters One

This project consists of two connected models - a panoramic view of Shenzhen Bay and a standalone centerpiece featuring the Super Headquarters One towers.
Together, they form a stunning architectural narrative: the first part presents a broad, conceptual cityscape in our signature minimalist style - clear, informative, and refined. The second part zooms in on the detail: the office towers of Super Headquarters One, built with modernist precision, minimalist language, and subtle avant-garde flair.
Emerald-colored bays, soft park zones, and futuristic landscaping bring the model to life, evoking the spirit of a high-tech oasis emerging from one of the world's fastest-growing cities. Around the iconic towers, low-rise office and utility buildings add balance to the scene - their simplicity grounding the grandeur of the vertical structures.
It's not just a scale model - it's a spatial experience that reflects the vision behind the future of Shenzhen Bay.
The Mixc in Fuzhou

Every structure was modeled to reflect both the visual and functional DNA of the actual development - from the vertical corporate towers to the open, interconnected retail areas that define The Mixc concept.
