Tower Building Models
● Vertical Visions in Miniature
Tower building models are crafted to capture the vertical elegance and architectural precision of high-rise buildings - from sleek residential skyscrapers to iconic commercial towers. Typically produced at a scale of 1:200 to 1:500 depending on the height and complexity, these models emphasize proportions, skyline impact, and facade articulation.
● Expressing Identity Through Height and Form
Each tower model showcases not only the external design - curtain walls, structural patterns, balconies, lighting elements - but also how the building interacts with the urban fabric below. Podiums, surrounding plazas, and road networks are integrated to reflect both the tower's individuality and its place within the city grid or development plan.
● Precision Materials for Iconic Forms
Crafted using laser-cut plastics, metal components, and translucent materials, tower models often feature light-diffusing layers to simulate glass, while detailed etching brings out window lines, ventilation patterns, and signage. High-rises designed for mixed-use are also presented with stylized entrances, lobby structures, and rooftop zones such as helipads or gardens.
● Application and Presentation
These models are essential in showcasing landmark developments to stakeholders, investors and planning authorities. They are the focal point of exhibitions, urban planning reviews and corporate headquarters – bringing towering ambitions to life in a form that fits on a tabletop yet still sits comfortably on the skyline.
Project Name: Tower Building Models of Shanghai World Financial Center, Jin Mao Tower, and Shanghai Center Tower
Scale: 1:300 | Production Time: 40 Days
Let's talk about three giants that have reshaped Shanghai's skyline. Like pillars reaching into the sky, the Shanghai World Financial Center, Jin Mao Tower, and Shanghai Tower stand side by side, each carrying its own story and spirit.
The "bottle opener" shape of the Shanghai World Financial Center makes it instantly recognizable, cutting cleanly into the clouds at 492 meters. Right next to it rises the Jin Mao Tower - elegant, with a structure inspired by traditional Chinese pagodas, blending past and future in one sweep. And towering above all is the Shanghai Tower, spiraling upwards at 632 meters, the tallest in China and a symbol of ambition without limits.
We recreated these three masterpieces at a 1:300 scale, paying close attention to every curve, every line. It wasn't just about building models - it was about capturing a feeling.
A snapshot of a city that never stops reaching higher.

Project Name: CITYMARK CENTRE
Scale: 1:100 | Production Time: 25 Days
In the busy heart of Shenzhen, the CITYMARK CENTRE is a modern giant that is bold and unmistakable. Rising 388 meters with its soaring steel and glass, it is already one of the city's tallest and most recognisable towers.
We made a 1:100 scale model to capture its essence, which includes all of its key features, from the strong lines of its steel frame to the accurate glass curtain walls. The model, which was created using high-clarity acrylics, aluminium accents, and precise lighting, highlights the building's dynamic architectural rhythm and streamlined silhouette.
This model represents the history of a landmark that connects Futian and Luohu, two of Shenzhen's most significant neighbourhoods, and represents the city's unending ambition and vibrancy. It is more than just a show piece.
The project's scale and future vision are emphasised by the meticulous representation of each of the 70 floors and 7 underground levels.

Project Name: One Shenzhen Bay
Scale: 1:140 | Size: 800mm x 1500mm | Production Time: 25 Days
A perfect marriage of elegance and engineering - One Shenzhen Bay stands on the edge of Shenzhen's dazzling waterfront as a symbol of sophisticated vertical living. Designed by KPF, the skyscraper is not only tall but also thoughtfully designed, integrating high-end residences, offices and a luxury hotel.
Our model, at a scale of 1:140, captures the tower's slender rhythm and sculptural gesture, balancing clean geometry with the shiny texture of its real-life glass curtain wall. Measuring 800mm x 1500mm, the base layout faithfully follows the contours of the original site, and the public spaces, podium sections and landscape elements are carefully etched and layered.
We used laser-cut acrylic and brushed metal film to create the facade to simulate the building's reflective surface. Every light well, structural joint and facade change was replicated in detail. Completed in just 25 days, the model is compact and eye-catching, giving people a glimpse of the essence of One Shenzhen Bay.

Project Name: China Print Tower Model and Jasmine Tower Model in Changle, Fuzhou
Scale: 1:180 | Production Time: 20 Days
On the rising skyline of Fuzhou Changle, two towers - China Printing Tower and Jasmine Tower - become future landmarks, each with its own rhythm, symbolism and architectural boldness. Our model translates this vision into miniature form, built precisely at a scale of 1:180 and completed in just 20 days.
The China Printing Tower model captures the bold vertical slope of the real building, inspired by the deep red hue and cultural depth of Shoushan Stone. Its stepped monolithic profile, made of multiple layers of acrylic resin and finished with a stone texture, evokes the spiritual symbolism and modern ambition behind the original concept. The tower is actually more than 213 meters tall and is a multi-functional landmark building that integrates high-end office buildings, a five-star hotel, retail areas and an observation deck.
The neighboring Jasmine Tower is more refined and subtle, bringing balance to the entire scene. Its curved lines and light color scheme provide contrast and harmony, completing the twin tower combination that will redefine Fuzhou's coastal skyline.
The details of the bases of both towers reflect the integration with the city: podium, landscaped plaza, traffic area and water feature orientation. The models are internally illuminated and mounted on a clean matte base, and are not only representatives of the buildings, but also narrative works that will become the core of Fuzhou's new city.
